Two different goals
Augmentation adds volume. A lift reshapes and raises existing tissues. Some patients need one procedure; others discuss a combination or a staged plan. Measurements and tissue quality are more useful than choosing a cup size online.
What to discuss about implants
Ask about material, surface, placement, the implant record and future checks. Implants are not lifetime devices. Changes in sensation, capsular contracture, rupture and further operations are possible. Discuss rare implant-associated cancers and any symptoms that should prompt review.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and scars
Future pregnancy or weight changes can alter breast shape. Discuss breastfeeding plans and the expected scar pattern before deciding. Scars are permanent, although their appearance usually changes as they mature; no technique can promise an invisible scar.
A private consultation in Amman
Describe whether your priority is volume, position, asymmetry or comfort. Ask for explanation of the examination and photography process, with consent for each use of images. Visiting patients should agree on local checks and a return-travel plan before arranging their stay.
Common questions
Can a lift be done without implants?
Yes, in suitable patients. Whether existing volume meets your goals is discussed at examination.
